The beautiful and rare Sweetheart Hoya (Hoya Kerii) features succulent like, heart shaped leaves which grow along vine like stems. It can be left to hang or given a support to climb up. 

Best grown in a bright position with indirect sunlight; water moderately over the Summer months and more sparingly over Winter.
