You may return incorrect or defective items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

Local customers can nominate 'Store Pick Up'. If you choose to collect from the store, we will contact you after your order is placed to confirm a pick up time from the shop, which is located at:

We also offer a delivery option and currently ship Australia wide. If you require International Shipping please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to arrange shipping for you. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Any international duties or taxes incurred upon arrival are to be paid by the customer.
We use Australia Post, Sendle or a local courier depending on the destination and size of the order. Postage will be calculated at checkout.
